Ingredients traditionally used to  support liver detoxification and restore hormonal balance. 

Ingredients: Dandelion, cinnamon, ginger, red clover, vanilla, cardamom, turmeric, chicory, clove, black pepper.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): Traditionally used to support liver detoxification and to tonify the kidney. 

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum): Traditionally used to reduce menstrual pain and aid in the treatment of IBS. 

Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.): Commonly used in clinical practice for reducing nausea, stomach cramps and discomfort and to detoxify the body. 

Red clover (Trifolium pratense): Rich in isoflavones. Found to help regulate and balance sex hormones. The isoflavones found in red clover have been used in clinical practice to support healthy cholesterol. 

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia): Traditionally used to improve sex drive, reduce anxiety and soothe the gastrointestinal tract.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum): Cardamom in Ayurvedic medicine has been found to reduce symptoms of bloating, acid reflux, flatulence and nausea. 

Turmeric (Curcuma longa): Turmeric is well known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities.

Chicory (Cichorium intybus): Traditionally used to balance gallbladder and liver function. 

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum): Contains high amounts of antioxidant, assisting with cell repair and growth.  

Black pepper (Piper nigrum): Black pepper complements the blend by boosting the absorption of the active ingredient curcumin from turmeric.

Size: 160g

Instructions: 1 tsp in 250ml. Brew for 5-10mins. Sip with or without milk.
