What is GOTS certified? GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) has a clearly defined set of legislation. This legislation is very transparent and is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria. All of these criteria's are also backed by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

Shipping Information

All delivery times are provided as guidelines. Please allow 1-2 days handling time prior to shipment. If your order is urgent please let us know through the ‘contact us’ page and we will do our best to send out your order as soon as possible. 

Bulky orders may incur a higher shipping fee. 

All of our orders are packed in eco friendly packaging including compostable mailers and are sent via carbon neutral Sendle.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely chance that your items get damaged during delivery, please contact us through the ‘contact us’ page within 48 hours of receiving your items.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

- Standard postage $10 (3-6 business days)

- Express postage $15 (1-3 business days) 

Please note that during peak times and public holidays shipping delays are out of our control and orders may take longer to arrive.

We curate an offering from brands that align with our core values which are to be environmentally conscious and locally made. All of the products you can purchase on Conscious Mae are plastic-free and designed to keep for many years due to their quality and long-lasting designs. All products are also locally made by small makers with a goal to support them and give back to the community in which we live. 

This doesn’t stop at our products. All of our packaging is also eco-friendly including compostable mailers and wrapping, biodegradable tape and paper stickers. We want to ensure that our environmental impact is as small as possible. We also ship sustainably with a 100% carbon neutral company, Sendle. 

Internally we always try to use good environmental practices including recycling, minimal packaging and composting. 

Our biggest commitment is sustainability and we will ensure that our processes will evolve and get better as new and improved options become available. 

Returns & Exchanges

Conscious Mae makes every effort to ensure that products for sale have clear descriptions and imagery however we understand that not all item(s) purchased online can be what is envisioned. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase provided all items are in original packaging and of saleable condition. 

- You have 7 days to contact us and return your item(s).

- Email us through our get in touch page on our website with your order number and details.

- A copy of your proof of purchase must be enclosed.

- The postage fee for returning the item(s) is at the buyer's expense.

- Initial postage fees and charges will not be refunded.

- Your refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) and they have been checked and approved by our team.

- You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
